Description

The Software Engineer 2 will play a crucial role within our organization, representing the customer's voice and acting as the main bridge between the development team and stakeholders. This position is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and deliver maximum value to our customers. The Software Engineer will collaborate closely with a US-based Product Manager, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and team dynamics. Responsibilities include backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, iteration planning, acceptance of delivered items, continuous improvement, and understanding the market. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, as well as professional certification in Agile methodologies. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Refinement of the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and feasibility
Regularly liaise with US-based product managers to understand product goals and strategy
Ensuring a seamless workflow by working with the development team during sprint planning
Reviewing delivered items against acceptance criteria and either accepting or rejecting the work
Actively participating in continuous improvement, suggesting and implementing changes to optimize product and team performance

Requirements

Professional certification in Agile methodologies is an advantage
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product owner or similar role
Excellent understanding of agile methodologies
Experience working with a US-based team
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
Excellent communication skills
